We had Chelsea (Vet Nurse Direct) out to do both our reluctant dogs and the dogs loved her which surprised us as our dogs are not really into new people.
Chelsea took her time making the dogs comfortable and had a great experience with the "procedure". I would highly recommend Vet Nurse Direct.
