QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU VISIT?

Yes, we require your attendance at visits until we get to know you and your pet. This is important so your pets are comfortable with us. We may be able to offer a service which allows us to treat or visit your pet without your attendance. Of course we encourage you to stay for all appointments if you're able to.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THIS?

Life happens therefore I don't charge for cancellations, however I do appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS , AND WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments for all our services are either cash or online banking via an invoice that will be emailed to you after your appointment.  Payment is due within 7 days of your appointment, after this late fees will be charged at 10% a day.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Yes, we have a pet taxi service that enables us to transport your pet to the vet. We can also stay with your pet for an appointment if needed.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU OPERATE IN?

We currently operate in the North Canterbury, Hurunui and Christchurch region.

DO YOU OFFER VACCINATIONS FOR PETS?

No unfortunately under NZ law veterinary nurses are unable to vaccinate pets. You need to make an appointment at your vet for this service.

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO OTHER ANIMALS BESIDES CATS OR DOGS?

Most of our clients are cats or dogs but we can offer some specialised services to birds, rabbits or Guinea pigs.

ARE YOU AVAILABLE AT THE WEEKEND?

Yes we are available on the weekends on request. Please contact us for availability.
